Court Order dated April 14, 2010, re Surcharges and Docket Fees
Docket Fee and Surcharge Chart (effective April 20, 2010 - June 30, 2011)
The judges of the 18th Judicial District voted to implement a new court rule that will require the use of a standardized Acknowledgment of Rights and Entry of Plea form. The rule became effective January 1, 2007. Given the fact there are now Rules 300 to 303, inclusive, in the local Criminal Rules the new rule is designated as Rule 304.
