Mr. Smith will describe his journey from disbarment to reinstatement and continuing. Mr. Williams will discuss his experience as a KALAP board member and efforts to reach the attorney in trouble.

Mr. Calvert will discuss the requirements and litigation strategies of the American with Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Act.

Mr. Gray will discuss how to obtain expert opinion evidence and other medical development to support the disability claim. He will also provide tips to improve the hearing presentation.

Mr. Peterson will discuss the pitfalls and obstacles in presenting a disability case under ERISA.
