Welcome to the Sedgwick County Law Library Web Site. The Sedgwick County Law Library has over 900 titles plus CD holdings and specialized material. The Sedgwick County Law Library's services are for judges, attorneys and their affiliates, and the general public.

Lexis online legal research is available at no cost.

The library staff is not able to provide research instruction, interpret research material or give any legal advice.

LOCATION

The Sedgwick County Law Library is located across the hall from the Wichita Bar Association at 225 N. Market, Suite 210, in Wichita, Kansas. Free parking is available in the lot on the south side of the building.

LIBRARY HOURS

Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Sedgwick County Law Library is to promote successful legal research by all members of the legal community and the public through the acquisition, maintenance and circulation of high quality, contemporary and retrospective law related materials which can be effectively accessed through both print and nonprint formats.
