Responding to a Disciplinary Complaint
3:20 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (100 Minutes - ethics), presented by Ron W. Paschal

Mr. Paschal will discuss what occurs when the Disciplinary Administrator receives a complaint about a lawyer. He will discuss the process, including the investigation of the complaint from the investigator’s perspective, strategies for responding to the complaint and answering questions during the investigator’s interview.
